Photograph caption dated November 27, 1957 reads "With dummy missile in background giving off smoke, this helicopter conducted 'skybreaking' ceremonies for 600-acre industrial development along Soledad Canyon Road between Saugus and Solemint Junction in the Santa Clara [sic] Valley. Developer Berman Swarttz of Beverly Hills says it will be a $100 million project known as Golden Triangle Industrial Park."
