Donna Decker, 17-year-old Compton Junior College co-ed, will reign as the sweetheart of the 24th annual Newhall-Saugus championship rodeo and western fiesta to be held on the Bonelli Ranch in Saugus, April 29-30, 1950. She holds a newly-designed shield for the posse groups of Southern California.
