4 images. Girl sues father for non support, 27 April 1954. Nancy J. Clark, 15 years (father is Dr. George E. Clark).
Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Gaze. Date: 1954-04-27. Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Girl sues father. 11/12/75/76: Nancy J. Clark, 15, Santa Monica High School sophomore, who today filed suit against her father, Dr. George E. Clark, Santa Monica physician, for support, charging that he "abandoned" her at the time of her mother's death last Oct. 26 and since has refused to pay anything for her living expenses. (In a couple negs. she is studying without benefit of a typewriter which is one of several personal items she charges he refuses to return to her)".
