Description
Photograph caption dated September 2, 1952 reads, "Attorneys Robert W. Kenny (left), Daniel Marshall (right) are reported to have been obtained as private counselors by Frank Wilkinson (center), suspended City Housing Authority information officer to make argumanet to the court fro him. He is scheduled to take stand again today in court where last Friday he refused to name all organizations he belonged to since college days."
