Description
Picture from a prospectus showing "the proposed Foursquare Gospel Lighthouse at Tahoe Cedars." According to investigators, the building was never erected, though lumber was placed on the site and Mrs. McPherson conducted a camp meeting there. She denied any interest in the Lake Tahoe property or receipt of money in connection with the sale of lots. She claimed the owner of Tahoe Cedars merely invited her to conduct a summer camp meeting there and offered to donate four lots and erect a tabernacle upon them.
