Description: Survey of 11th Street between Dartmouth and Indian Hill. The street section in 4 blocks long and lined with trees, Elm, Maple, Liquid Amber, among others. Housing is in good condition and ranges in age from 70 years to contemporary. A long settled area of Claremont, most of the houses are individually distinguished, yet modest. An east-west alley is included between Harvard and Yale.
