Title supplied by cataloger. Members of an unidentified dance theater are shown performing a Mexican regional dance in front of City Hall. The women are dressed in long white dresses with lace shawls and a black "apron" tied at the waist, and flowers in their hair. The men wear white pants, white shirts, white straw hats, and a red scarf tied at their necks. The dance they perform is the "Huapango", the most distinctive dance of the Veracruz region.
