Title supplied by cataloger.
Photograph caption reads, "A real 'friendly neighbor' gesture is this one at that border between the United States and Mexico! Thousands returning from the races on Sunday at Agua Caliente find their crossing facilitated by measures at the boundary without the red tape of many another international boundary in other parts of the world. The journey is as simple as one from Los Angeles to Glendale. no suspicion--no red tape--no bristling guns." Photograph dated March 11, 1941.
