Romulo, Philippine Ambassador to the United States and former President of the United Nations, center, who spoke yesterday at Sportsmen's Lodge to 365 members attending the Executives' Dinner Club of Van Nuys banquet. His subject concerned the importance of Asia in world affairs and stressed the urgent need for the United States to create international friendship in combatting world communism.
