Description
The ninth issue of the Edwin Bryant Crocker Art Gallery Notes was published monthly by the Gallery starting in 1940. The issue describes the ongoing activities and upcoming exhibition to be held at the gallery. This issue features a piece responding to why the gallery will not allow critics to dictate the pieces they exhibit. The Crocker Art Gallery was opened to the Public in 1873, and in 1979 the name was changed to the Crocker Art Museum.
