Photograph caption dated August 24, 1962 reads, "Mike Candy, left, owner of Candy Realty, 13807 Roscoe Blvd., Panorama City, congratulates winners of eight week listing and selling contest. First prize, motion picture outfit, was awarded to Sol Lesin, right, an associate with Candy for five years; second prize, gold wrist watch, to Dave Sauberman, second from left, associate for three years, and third prize to Jim Hornsey, associate for four and a half years."
