Abstract of Title to the property of S. F. Leib Esq. being part of Secs 12 and 13 in T. T. S. R. 2. W., dated February 9, 1893, made at the request of S. F. Leib Esq. Hand drawn map. Described as follows: First beginning at the N.W. corner of Section 13 T.7 S.R.2.W.M.D.M and running thence along the North line of said Section 13, S.89 50' E. 40 chs to the center of the Mountain View and Saratoga Road; thence South along the center of said road, 20 ft; thence West and parallel to the North line of said quarter Section and 20 ft therefrom, N. 89 50' W. 15.09 chs to a post marked L.2.M.2; thence S. 0 3' W. 19.78 chs to a post marked L. L. B standing on the line running Easterly and Westerly through the center of the N.W. 1/4 of said Section 13; thence running Westerly on the last mentioned line of said quarter Section, 14-91 chs to the N.E. corner of the W. 1/2 of S.E. 1/4 of N.W. 1/4 of Section 13 T.7 S.R.2.W; thence S. 0 3' W. 20 chs to the center line of Stevens Creek Road; thence along the center of said road, N. 89 50' W. 10 chs to the S.W. corner of the N.W. 1/4 of said 1/4 Section; thence N. 0 3' E 40.07 chs to the place of beginning. Containing 70 acres of land, being part of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 13 T.7 S.R.2 W. Second Beginning at the S.W. corner of Sec. 12 T.7 S.R.2 W M.D.M. and running thence N. 0 3' E. 5 chs; thence S. 89 50' E. 20 chs to the West line of land now, or formerly of Wm. Bocksch; thence along said West line of said land of Bocksch, S. 0 3' W. 5 chs; to the South line of said Sec. 12; thence N. 89 50' W. 20 chs to the place of beginning. Containing 10 acres, and being the most Southerly 10 acres of the W. 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 12, T.7 S.R.2 W.
