Describes lease terms beginning January 1, 1942, ending December 31, 1942 for approximately five acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro east of Wilmington Avenue with a yearly rent of $125. Land is subject to survey adjustments and lease "shall not be recorded or offered for record." "Copy" written across the lease and lease is not signed.
