Description
Shows garden of Spanish colonial revival residence of Herbert Coppell. Water rill and fountain.
2013-0838.
Herbert Coppell was born in 1874. Main residence was in Tenafly, New Jersey where was banker with firm of Maitland, Coppell and Co. Built residence in Pasadena in 1916 where lived intermittently for eleven years. Died in 1931. Architect: Bertram Goodhue and Carleton Monroe Winslow, Sr ; landscape by Paul George Thiene.
