B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that he has many things to tell Hopper about the influences of the seminars conducted by the Civil Communications Section (CCS) of SCAP on Japan. He says that Japanese industry, based on the CCS seminars, in addition to the ways indigenous to Japan, established a so-called Japanese form of management, which has become a prop of the current Japanese industry. In addition, Inoue addresses questions regarding the CCS seminars and lists the companies represented at the Tokyo and Osaka, Japan seminars. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "1" on the top, right corner of page 1 and handwritten notes.
