Description
Two women are depicted. The woman on the left is standing and facing away. She wears a pink bonnet with matching feather, ribbon, and bows. Her dress is deep green with narrow black stripes. She wears a pink patterned shawl with white ruffles on the hems, wrapped around her shoulders. The woman on the right is sitting in a chair and looking at the first woman. She wears a white lace cap with green ribbon. Her dress is a light olive green with black trim in a dot pattern in three rows down the front of the skirt. Her jacket, the same color as the skirt, closes at her waist and has long sleeves and deeply notched lapels. Her white blouse has ruching and a jewel neckline with a ruffle.
