Photograph of a large piece of machinery, possibly used for flood control, ca.1910. At center is a one-story, house-like structure with a smaller structure on the roof. The structure is elevated off of the ground on a wooden platform. Metal poles are visible jutting above the structure, and form triangular shapes. Lines are visible connecting these poles, while an object that appears to be a crane appears to be pulling something out of the ground on the right. Water surrounds the machinery, dirt and bushes are visible in the foreground, and trees are visible in the background.
