Description
Agreement for two and one-fourth acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro approximately 400 feet east of Avalon Boulevard and "adjoining" north boundary of the tract. The lease agreement is for a single year-- May 1, 1937 to April 30, 1938 and a yearly rent of $45. Additional text is added to the end of the agreement referring to subletting requirements and the requirement to provide a copy of a birth certificate or naturalization certificate as a requirement of the lease agreement and in response to the Alien land law. The document is not signed by the company or the lessee. See Item csudh_oka_1639 for a duplicate of this agreement.
