That's what veteran ski ace Tom Powell warns, as he enjoys finest skiing experienced in years at popular Kratka Ridge ski area on Angeles Crest Highway, where 30 to 48 inches of hard pack snow topped by ideal corn powder is expected to lure throngs to Southland areas."
