Photograph of an exterior view of the side of the Los Angeles City Hall, ca.1928. The tall Classical-style building can be seen at center. It is a light-colored stone building with a tall rectangular tower that tapers to a point at the top. Many rectangular windows can be seen on the upper floors of the building, while arch-shaped windows can be seen on some of the lower floors. In the foreground, a wide paved path makes its way through a landscaped garden area. In the background at left, the Hall of Records and the Courthouse are visible.
