Most of the cars lack tires and the windows and doors of several are missing or prokent. A pile of metal wheels can be seen in the foreground at center. Wooden shelves hold salvaged parts in the background at left, while a large water tank can be seen in the distance at center. Utility poles and large buildings, probably warehouses, are visible in the background.
