Photo, black and white: Edgar Lucien Larkin, Luther Burbank and Jack London among cactus at Burbank Gardens in Santa Rosa, 1903. Larkin was a writer and astronomer and was director of the Lowe Observatory in Pasadena CA. in 1900. Jack London was a world-renowned author and Sonoma County, California resident.
