Description: People sitting in the courtyard next to Radio Shack and Murray's Shoes located at Park Plaza on Western Avenue and Park Western Drive. This is the newest commercial strip mall off Western Avenue. There is a tug of war between the Old Town section and this area as to which is going to be at the forefront of the revitalization of San Pedro. Photograph dated 2001.
