Going back to the days of horse and buggy, city dignitaries donned Gay 90's costumes to fete the 75th anniversary of the Union Rescue Mission. The refrains of hymns brought back the days between 1891 and 1910 when the "Gospel Wagon" traversed the downtown streets until a retirement hastened by the coming of automobiles.
