Photograph was used for an article dated May 26, 1962. Caption reads, "Hypnotist free on $1,050 bail" Photograph article dated August 31, 1961 partially reads, "The ad in the paper says: 'HYPNOSIS - Relieves pain, weight, fear, sex problems, nerves, habits, etc. using new brain wave synchronizer. H. E. Case.'... Dr. Case (M.A. Institute of Hypnotherapy, Ph.D. Commonwealth University) has explained that the synchronizer's flashing produces a photic stimulation of the brain rhythms. In other words, it goes blink, blink, and the brain goes wave, wave, and they do a little duet."
