Photograph caption dated December 13, 1958 reads, "Reseda High's Teddy Eggleston finished second in the Los Angeles city high school cross country finals this week at UCLA's course. The youthful Regent has two years of track eligibility and another season of cross country competition. Race was won by Marshall's Kerby Trew."
