Description: 100-inch telescope observatory dome, under construction, Mount Wilson Observatory, as seen from the south. The steel framing for the dome is in place; sheathing covers most of the dome. A portion of a crane is seen above the roof line of the dome. Scaffolding surrounds the concrete foundation of the building. Trees and shrubs are in the surrounding area.
