"The new chapel of the First Methodist Church, almost completed, will be consecrated in a ceremony at 5 p.m. tomorrow with Bishop Donald H. Tippett presenting the Act of Dedications. The $100,000 chapel is to be used for worship services, weddings, baptismal services, private meditation and drama productions"
