The map is at center and shows the City of Los Angeles in the upper right corner with the Pacific Ocean in the bottom left. Between is a maze of railroad lines. Written to the left of the image is the phrase "Steam and Electric Launches at Playa del Rey", and to the right is the phrase "Placid Inland Lake with Still-water Bathing and Boating at Playa del Rey".
