Photograph article dated July 16, 1963 partially reads, "Police stepped up the search today for the last of five young suspects in the bumper jack slaying of a 19-year-old Pacoima youth Sunday night. The missing suspect is Steve B. Hernandez, 18, officers reported. Four young men were arrested Monday and booked on a charge of suspicion of murder. The victim, Benito Mandivil [sic] Jr., 10506 El Dorado Ave., was bludgeoned to death after his car was stopped by a vehicle carrying a gang of youths." Officer John Sherwood takes Robert Aguinaga's fingerprints.
