Description
A 1956 talk given by consulting engineer Samuel B. Morris before the North Coast Council of the California State Chamber of Commerce in which he briefly explains the State’s plans for the Colorado River and the potential of California’s water resources. He then discusses the history of California water rights and the future usage of the Delta Pool, a body of water at the confluence of the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers.
