This recording concludes the question and answer session continued from “Peter Drucker Symposium, tape 2, side a.” Drucker discusses the increased productivity of hospital nurses by removing paperwork unrelated to their job, the need for more understanding and analysis of technology jobs, and the unionization of service workers.
