Photograph caption dated July 6, 1956 reads, "May I help pack? - With 8-year-old brother John, Joy assembles few articles to be stored in bicycle bag. Completely packed bag will weigh about 25 pounds. Her wardrobe includes only necessary items, single dress and lone pair of shoes." Joy Light, 25, lives at 5807 Craner Ave., North Hollywood. Her three-month bicycle tour of Europe is being sponsored by American Youth Hostels, Inc.
