The auditorium is shown at center at the corner of Olive Street and Fifth Street three sections of tower are connected by their lower three stories, which they all share. To the right, the center tower stands taller by two stories than the others flanking it. An American flag flies from the apex of the roof. Below, a crowd of pedestrians lines the sidewalk to the left and the right, suggesting that they are waiting in line. Cloth awnings extend from the first floor of the building and provide shade.
