Photograph article dated July 9, 1963 partially reads, "Holmes Tuttle, operator of automotive agencies in Tucson, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, has designated Bill Culpepper as manager of their big Valley used car operation at the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Balboa Ave. in Encino. Culpepper, brings 27 years of experience in the finance and automotive fields, as general Manager of some of the nation's largest automotive establishments, to the new late-model car and truck venture being launched by the 40-year old firm."
