Description: SERIES. Two-story brick building with wooden balcony and sign above that says, "Fook Hing. Ass." Chinese man stands beside open front door at street level, with policemen on either side. Located in alley between I and J (back of 214 I St.), probably the Chinatown part of Old Sacramento.
