Crowds have gathered at the Plaza, a circular park located in the center of the City of Orange, to enjoy a street fair. The caption reads, "Life in Orange centered for many years at the downtown Plaza which bisect the intersection of Chapman and Glassell street. This view of the area features a 1910 street fair, complete with a balloon."
