Description
Photograph article dated March 16, 1963 partially reads, "The Los Angeles Orphanage Guild will again turn to baseball for fun and funds this year. Their sixth annual baseball benefit for Maryvale Orphanage in South San Gabriel will begin with a social hour and dinner at 5 p.m. April 16 in the Embassy Room of the Ambassador Hotel. Busses will then take guests to the Stadium for the opening Dodger game." Pictured are members of the Orphanage Guild, Mmes. George T. Davis, Burbank, back, and Kay Gable, Encino.
