Description: Judge Bardin and Mr. Ludwig with the first vacuum radio receiver set built in Salinas in 1921. The photo was taken at 414 Church Street in Salinas, which was the Bardin home at that time. It was a very powerful radio. Mr. Ludwig was with the Telephone company.
