View of two Victorian buildings, the Melrose Hotel at 130 South Grand Avenue (left) and an apartment or rooming house (formerly known as the Richelieu Hotel) at 132? or 142? Both structures have domes, verandas and elaborate ornamentation. A tree hides most of the Melrose; a palm tree is visible in front of the other strcucture. 2001-0708.
