Original print has visible damage on upper left corner.
Photograph caption dated June 10, 1957 reads, "Bill Heichel, Key's Cutter centerfielder, is tagged out at home plate by catcher Steve Gooch of the Doc's in opening tilt yesterday of the Studio City Pony-Colt league. Not only was Heichel out, he almost 'lost' his cap during the play. Opening ceremonies were held yesterday after which regular league play began at the Riverside Drive and Vineland Ave. plant. The referee is Irv Reader."
