Photograph article dated April 27, 1964 partially reads, "Stanley Diller's new Imperial Apartments at 5247 Corteen Place, North Hollywood are now being rented after formal opening last week. This three story $1 million concept in Valley living is Diller's second opening of the year in a program of luxury apartments which will reach nearly $10 million.
