Hollywood Bowl's "Valley Night" promoted the "Buses to Bowl" program, where Valley residents were transported to the Bowl on buses organized by Valley Committee members, Mrs. A. Rayborn Phillips Jr. and John J. Scully.
Photograph caption dated July 12, 1961 reads, " "Must it be over so soon?" chorus Julie Herten, North Hollywood, left, and Pamela Martin, Encino."
