Description
An aerial view looking west from approximately 17th Street at the W-X Streets section of newly built Highway 80. The traffic lined up exiting the freeway are on the 15 St. off ramp. Traffic does not yet have access to the portion of the W-X Streets freeway east of 15 Street to its connection with the 29th-30th Streets segment.
