Description
Image shows group portrait of winners in the Spring Play Day at Malaga Cove School. Boyd Comstock Sr., member of the School Board and well-known athletic coach, refereed the games and awarded ribbons and trophies to the winners of various track and field events. Identified, left to right, are: 1. Mary Gilmore (Arbor Day Award, for naming shrubs and plants on the school grounds); 2. Betsy Martin (Girls' Singles, Tennis); 3. Boyd Comstock Sr.; 4. Spencer Moeller (Punting Champion); and 5. Jason Cedarholm (Boys' Singles, Tennis.)
