In this section, Guth finishes his talk on strategic planning. He discusses a study about the trend toward diversification of fortune 500 companies, and how diversification related to a firms current business is more effective. Then Drucker and Guth answer audience questions about the limits of growth, risks and problems involved in setting objectives, and strategic planning for the future of the energy segment after nuclear incident.
