Brief letter describing attachment, "Request for Personnel Action" form for transfer of J. [Ralph] McFarling to Seattle. Reason for transfer stated as "unable to recruit qualified person" in area. Form dated June 23, 1945. Includes list of McFarlings personal items dated July 7, 1945 with handwritten notation on reverse side. Duplicate copy of letter included with receipt stamp. Signed by [Theresa?] McCoy for Harold S. Fistere. This collection contains materials generated by J. Ralph McFarling, a Community Analyst for the War Relocation
Authority, documenting the Amache Concentration Camp in Granada, Colorado where Japanese-Americans were incarcerated
during World War II.
