Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated June 20, 1962 partially reads, "Benjamin Cohen, the talented young designer who is half the team of Benjamin-Hubert Inc., doesn't limit himself to designing colorful high fashion women's clothes. He is equally creative in two other fields--mosaics and cooking. 'I do not enjoy eating in restaurants,' he says, 'so I had to learn to cook. But once I became interested in the preparation of foods, I found it to be a fascinating art--and one that gave me a great deal of respect for the ingenuity of the housewife.' In his North Hollywood home, Ben now has an extensive collection of gourmet cookbooks and old recipes which he reads with the enthusiasm one might show for a good novel." Benjamin Cohen gives guest, Jane Heinemann, a taste of the broth from his recipe for Ale Meat.; See images #00124000 through #00124001 for all photos in this series.
