Description
Connie and Steve begin the interview discussing retirement for people in the entertainment world, and the prejudice against middle-aged writers. They proceed to talk about the narrative and how there are no actual murders featured in the book, the glamour of past game shows in the middle of the twentieth century, and how Steve’s own ideas may have been lifted by other game shows. Connie and Steve then consider his musical talents, and his relationship to his mother, before considering his own career’s successes and lapses and the possibility of his book being developed into a film. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
