Photograph caption dated November 6, 1959 reads, "With State Department cooperation, Ira Weston, second from right, founder of Weston Hydraulics, Ltd., took group of Japanese hydraulic equipment experts on tour of Weston's new Van Nuys plant. Helping Weston conduct tour is firm president Fred O. Hosterman, right. From left, Kizoh Andoh, Osami Shirafusi, and Kikuji Miyoshi inspect scale model of plant which was toured to enable Japanese to understand how techniques of hydraulic equipment field contribute to nation's economy."
